Corporate Sponsorships Grants

Neurocrine is dedicated to furthering the goals of various professional, charitable, educational, and patient-focused organizations. In accordance with applicable laws and industry codes of conduct, Neurocrine provides funding and support to such organizations in the form of sponsorships, charitable contributions, and independent medical education (IME) grants.

Areas of Interest:

- Organizations focused on advocating for patients and families suffering from CNS conditions

Required Documents:

- Letter of Request w/ amount requested or sponsorship prospectus on the requesting organization's letterhead

- The anticipated timing for the project or date of the program

- A description of how the funds will be used, along with a general expense breakdown

Evaluation Criteria:

- Sponsorships must never be based on the prescribing, formulary, purchasing, or reimbursement policies of any institution

- Organization must have an open membership policy

- Sponsorships cannot be made to or on behalf of individual Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) or group practices

- Sponsorships may not be used to pay the cost of entertainment or recreational activities or to compensate for time spent at meetings by attendees

Independent Medical Education (IME) Grants

Neurocrine is dedicated to furthering the goals of various professional, charitable, educational, and patient-focused organizations. In accordance with applicable laws and industry codes of conduct, Neurocrine provides funding and support to such organizations in the form of sponsorships, charitable contributions, and independent medical education (IME) grants.

Areas of Interest:

- Psychiatry

- Neurology

- Drug-Induced movement disorders

- Other CNS therapeutic areas

Required Documents:

- Letter of Request w/ amount requested

- Learning objectives w/ educational need or program brochure

- Proposed budget

Evaluation Criteria:

- The request must be unsolicited and submitted by an independent third party educational provider

- The request must not be for entertainment or recreational activities

- The program must aim to advance medicine, scientific knowledge, or the provision of healthcare in a specific clinical gap; or promote HCP education or serve another genuine educational function that benefits patients

Investigator-Initiated Trial (IIT) Concept Short-form

Neurocrine may provide support for studies sponsored by outside investigators or institutions that advance medical and scientific knowledge and are of interest to Neurocrine, referred to as Investigator Initiated Trials (IITs). These studies can generate important data/information about Neurocrine products as well as valuable medical and scientific information that can lead to improvements in clinical care, the development of new treatments, and better delivery of healthcare to patients. Neurocrine may provide support for an IIT through a grant of funding, product, or both.

Areas of Interest:

- Drug-induced movement disorders

- Other CNS therapeutic interests

Required Documents:

- The Concept Form submission must include scientific rationale, scope of the study, objectives of the study, primary efficacy and safety, methodology, project timeline, and nature of the support requested

- CV for all investigators

Evaluation Criteria:

- The request will be evaluated based on medical and scientific merit, consistency with Neurocrine scientific strategy, study feasibility, reasonableness of the study budget, and sponsor’s qualifications
